The pencak silat team of the Al-Amin senior high in Mojokerto turned in a result to be proud of at the 2025 UNIM Mojokerto Pencak Silat Championship. The students competed in several weight classes as well as artistic categories, and came home with a number of medals.
They had prepared through regular training on the school grounds under a coach and the extracurricular supervisors. Alongside fitness and technique, the training put weight on sportsmanship and self-control.
The school hopes the result will spur other students to develop their talents in every field, without setting aside their duties of study and recitation.
